Foundation Sports Park 5×8 Banner 

Terms and Conditions

Purpose: All proceeds from this fundraiser will directly support the Youth Sports
Foundation of Tuolumne County (“YSF”). By purchasing a banner, Sponsor (defined
below) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Banner Specifications: Design must align with the YSF’s mission and community
standards. Banners will be displayed at Foundation Sports Park for the duration of
the sponsorship period. 
● Each banner will measure 5 feet by 8 feet
● Material & Design: Black windscreen mesh will be background with printing
overlaid with WHITE INK ONLY
● Logo must be suitable for one-color printing; adjustments may be made by
YSF or our vendor. Our team will work with you to adjust as we can.
● Banners will be printed by YSF preferred vendors
2. Design and Content Approval: All banner artwork and messaging must be
approved by the YSF prior to printing. Content containing offensive language,
political messages, or inappropriate imagery will not be accepted. YSF reserves the
right to deny or request modifications to any design.
3. Display Period and Ownership: Banners will be displayed for the agreed-upon
duration as selected below. YSF reserves the right to relocate banners at any time.
YSF may temporarily remove banners for events, maintenance, weather conditions
or other facility use needs. After the display period, banners become the property of
the YSF unless otherwise arranged. YSF is not responsible for damage, weathering,
or vandalism once banners are installed. Sponsor grants YSF a limited license to use
Sponsor’s logo for use on the banner, marketing materials, and sponsor lists.

4. Payment, Terms and Deadlines: Payments shall be ANNUAL instead of ‘lump
sum’. 

5. Location: YSF CANNOT guarantee specific locations at Foundation Sports Park
but will make an effort to accommodate a request for priority of Pickleball Courts or
Chicken Ranch Field. If you have a preference, please notify us.

6. Liability and Indemnification:
The Sponsor agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YSF, its officers,
directors, employees, contractors, and volunteers against any and all claims,
demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including
attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from (a) the sponsor’s banner design,
artwork, or content; (b) the printing, installation, display, maintenance, or removal
of the banner; or (c) the use or infringement on the sponsor’s logo or intellectual
property. YSF shall have no responsibility or liability for lost business, lost
advertising value, reduced visibility, or any consequential, incidental, or economic
damages arising from banner damage, weathering, vandalism, repositioning, or
removal.

7. Acknowledgment: By submitting payment, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
