The Mother Lode Adult Flag Football League is bringing co-ed 7v7 action to Foundation Sports Park this season! Open to players of all skill levels, the league features Sunday games, a six-week season with playoffs, and a fun, competitive atmosphere for adults looking to get back on the field. Spots are limited—register early to secure your place and be part of this exciting new community league!

Youth Sports Foundation is proud to partner with the Mother Lode Adult Flag Football League as they bring another exciting recreational opportunity to Foundation Sports Park. Every new program helps activate the park and creates a vibrant community space for people of all ages to get active, play and connect. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to stay active, everyone is welcome!
